1. Position: Assistant Human Resources and Payroll Officer
Duty Station: Windhoek

Duration:

Qualifications:
  • Honors degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in in Human Resource Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.

2. Position: Audit Managers/Supervisors
Duty Station: Windhoek

Duration:

Qualifications:
  • Honors Degree in Accounting
  • Completed CTA and 1-2 years audit articles
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee the auditing process
  • Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
  • Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform effective risk and control assessments
  • Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager
  • Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
  • Coordinate periodical audit

3. Position: Senior Financial Accountant
Duty Station: Windhoek

Duration:

Requirements:
  • Honors degree in Accounting

  • 2 -3 years of experience with preparation of Financial Statements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct monthly and yearly financial close activities and reconciliations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper financial controls and risk management practices.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist with audits and other financial assessments as required
  • Technical Review of Annual Financial Statements prepared by Subordinates

4. Position: Administrative Assistant
Duty Station: Windhoek

Duration:

Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate

  • Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Business Administration/Business and Information Administration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing clients company registration paperwork (should have a knowledge in preparing documents such as PTYs, NGOs, CC and other related documents)
  • Working closely with BIPA, NAMRA, social security and Ministry of Trade
  • Maintaining accurate and proper office records
  • Maintenance of clients statutory records
  • Responding to KYC requests
  • Providing company administration services providing secretarial support to the CEO
  • Registering clients companies with social security commission have knowledge of wage returns and MSD forms
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Should have worked in a company secretarial firm before
  • Ability to work independently when required, managing a number of matters simultaneously
  • Comfortable with managing a busy workload of changing priorities
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic personality
  • Experience of working in a fast-passed commercial environment and dealing directly with clients
  • Should be comfortable working after hours or Saturdays when the need arises Please do not apply if you can’t handle pressure )
  • Familiarity with standard MS office computer software

5. Position: Intern Assistant Accountant
Duty Station: Windhoek

Duration:

Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Accountant from a recognized University or Technikon.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of VAT, PAYE, Corporate Tax and Import VAT.
Responsibilities 
  • Check monthly bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Bi-monthly submission of VAT returns, monthly submission of IMPORT VAT and PAYE returns with ROR
  • Monthly processing up to Trial Balance
  • Ad-hoc duties
