1. Position: COMPANY SECRETARY

Qualifications:

✔️ Matric certificate
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business and Information
✔️ Administration/Company Law/Commercial Law

Duty Station: Windhoek, Namibia

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Preparing clients company registration paperwork (should have a knowledge in preparing documents such as PTYs, NGOs, CC and other related documents)
✔️ Working closely with BIPA, NAMRA, Social security and Ministry of Industrialization and Trade
✔️ Maintaining accurate and proper office records.
✔️ Maintenance of clients statutory records.
✔️ Responding to KYC requests.

✔️ Providing company administration services providing secretarial support to the CEO.

✔️ Registering clients companies with social security commission have knowledge of wage returns and MSD forms

Requirements:

✅ 2-3 years relevant work experience.
✅ Previous experience in an audit/accounting Firm as a secretary.
✅ Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively
✅ Fluent in English.
✅ Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
✅ Experience handling company documents such as minutes, of meetings, share registers and company secretarial work.
✅ Should be comfortable working after hours or Saturdays when the need arises Please do not apply if you can’t handle pressure ).
✅ Strong proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams.

2. Position: SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Duty Station: Windhoek

Duration:

Qualifications:
  • Honors degree in Accounting
  • 2 -3 years of experience with preparation of Financial Statements
  • Completed Articles will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct monthly and yearly financial close activities and reconciliations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper financial controls and risk management practices.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist with audits and other financial assessments as required.
  • Technical Review of Annual Financial Statements prepared by Subordinates
